HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Once we have received your order, we always try to aim to turnaround the order in 5-10 business days.

As each illustration is completely custom & hand drawn with care, we will need some time to draw it.

If you could like to see your illustration before we print it, feel free to send me an email with the request & we can factor that in :)

SHIPPING TIMES

We will be using Australia Post to ship your products out to you.  Australia Post are experiencing some delays at the moment so the shipping times below might be impacted. 

Aus Post standard shipping times for domestic orders are:
NSW/ACT/QLD/VIC/TAS/SA/NT - 2 Business days

WA - 3 Business days

For our International friends, we are currently shipping to:
New Zealand - 7-15 Business Days

Canada / USA - 10-15 Business Days

UK - 10-18 Business Days

We will also send you a tracking number so you can track your parcel whilst you impatiently wait :) 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

As each and every item is completely custom, if you do have a change of mind, we hope you can understand that we can't offer any refunds. If you do email us within 12 hours after purchase, we will do our best to accommodate a refund where possible.
