We take a lot of pride in making sure your pet is looking their best on your special gift, which is why we personally hand draw each illustration.

We've taken our time to choose the right companies and suppliers to source our products from, to ensure their values align with ours. Our apparel is sourced from Aussie company, AS Colour, as their products are just so comfy & great quality.

We also do our bit for the environment but making using environmentally friendly packaging including biodegradable mailing bags.

Just choose your items from our store & upload your pet's best pic at the same time. From there, we'll then hand draw your pet's portrait & make your item. As it is a custom product, it will take a little bit of time, approx 10 business days. If you need it quicker, please email us and we'll do what we can.

You most definitely can! Just let us know in the notes section at check out.

As each and every item is completely custom, if you do have a change of mind, we hope you can understand that we can't offer refunds. If you accidentally order the wrong size or item, you can email us within 12 hours & we'll do our best to accommodate a swap where possible!

If the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we of course will provide a replacement once we do a bit of investigating to assess the issue.

So far we've done lots of dogs & cats. All kinds of breeds. We'd give any kind of animal a go, so if you've got a bird, snake, rabbit - just upload your image. If you would like to check with us before ordering, just flick us a message.

As for hoomans, we haven't yet done any illustrations of people as of yet & need a bit more practice with the pencil before we take that step!

Of course! If you would like a digital copy of the illustration, you will need too add the 'digital illustration add on' product to your cart along with your other item/s. This costs $20.

If you have previously purchased an item from us and you now would like to purchase the digital illustration, just add the 'digital illustration add on' product ($20) to your cart and check out.

You can use it however you like, but only for your own personal use. If you would like an illustration to use commercially, get in touch!
